Tarja Turunen - Act I (2013)

Este es el primer album en vivo de la ex Nightwish Tarja Turunen como solista y tiene el agregado de haber sido grabado en la Argentina, mas precisamente en el Teatro El Circulo de Rosario durante el 30 y el 31 de marzo de este año, en el marco de la gira donde presento What Lies Beneath. La lista de temas (que varia si compras la version en cd o la version en dvd) consiste en su mayoria en canciones de la carrera solista de la finesa, algunas canciones de Nightwish y algunos covers de otras bandas que ya habia realizado en otros conciertos. En este concierto tarja aprovecho para presentar 2 temas ineditos, llamados Into the sun y Never Enough, que apareceran en el proximo album de la finesa

La voz de Tarja se mantiene intacta, sonando muy bien durante todo el album, ademas de tener una banda con un sonido muy ajustado. Las mejores interpretaciones en mi opinion fueron las de Phantom of the Opera (Junto con el vocalista argentino Diego Valdez), I walk alone, Tired of Being Alone y Until My Last breath. Sin enbargo, creo algunos covers estuvieron de mas como el de Still of de night de Whitesnake y el Medley de temas de los 80, la voz de Tarja no pega con esas canciones. Pero en general el album es muy bueno, abarcando todos los estilos que la finesa realizo durante su carrera.
